While diamonds and solid gold can be safely cleaned in ultrasonic machines, pearls and softer gemstones require a gentle hand—use a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals to keep them shining for years to come. They should be kept away from sunscreen, perfume, and hairspray to maintain their natural luster.
Insured & Secured Shipping
Once your piece is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. All Cove Fine Jewelry orders are shipped fully insured for your peace of mind, and shipments valued at $2,000 or more require a signature upon delivery. This security measure ensures your piece arrives safely and cannot be waived.
Please note that if a package is returned to us due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the purchaser is responsible for any associated reshipping costs.
