Care Guide

To preserve its timeless beauty, solid gold is naturally resistant to the ocean’s elements, while pearls should be kept away from sunscreen to maintain their luster. Diamonds and gold may be safely cleaned in ultrasonic machines; however, delicate gemstones and pearls require a gentler touch to ensure their brilliance endures.

To clean gold jewelry, use warm water with detergent-free soap and a soft brush, then polish with a jewelry cloth. Store in a soft bag or the original box to prevent scratches.

Insured & Secured Shipping

Once your piece is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. All Cove Fine Jewelry orders are shipped fully insured for your peace of mind, and shipments valued at $2,000 or more require a signature upon delivery. This security measure ensures your piece arrives safely and cannot be waived.

Please note that if a package is returned to us due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the purchaser is responsible for any associated reshipping costs.
