We take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items (Within 5 Days)
We offer complimentary returns within 5 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error.
To initiate a return, please email info@covefinejewelry.com within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized pieces, including special orders

All sized rings, unless damaged upon arrival

Engagement rings, unless damaged upon arrival

America250 commemorative pieces, unless damaged upon arrival

“Last Chance” or sale items

Items purchased at pop-up events or trunk shows

Gemstone and lab-grown diamond jewelry (including rings, pendants, and studs)
If you are unsure about eligibility, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase.
Purchases Through Retailers
Items purchased through a third-party retailer, partner, or stockist must be returned or exchanged directly through the original place of purchase. Cove Fine Jewelry is unable to process returns or exchanges for items not purchased directly through our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Include photos and a brief description
We will review your request within 48 hours. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or refund.
Items showing signs of wear or misuse may not be eligible for refund.
Exchanges (Store Credit Only)
We offer exchanges in the form of store credit for select non-custom items, including:

Gold chains (pendants not included)

Gold link bracelets and anklets
To request an exchange, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, store credit may be applied toward a new purchase.
Note: Certain gemstone and lab-grown diamond pieces are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Shipping costs and non-refundable processing fees (e.g., PayPal) will be deducted
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
