This summer, we are proud to unveil what may be our most meaningful collaboration to date. In celebration of its 100th anniversary, the iconic Wequassett Resort and Golf Club has partnered with Cove Fine Jewelry to create a commemorative piece that captures the beauty, legacy, and spirit of Cape Cod. Introducing the Wequassett Centennial Ring—a hydrangea-inspired heirloom designed to mark a century of oceanfront elegance.
Nestled on the shores of Pleasant Bay in Harwich, Massachusetts, Wequassett has long been a destination where generations gather to celebrate the best of New England’s coastal life. From its beginnings as a cluster of seaside cottages in 1925 to its evolution into one of the Northeast’s most celebrated luxury resorts, Wequassett has always stood for timeless charm, thoughtful hospitality, and natural beauty.
When we were invited to help mark this milestone, our founder and designer Alyson Iarrusso turned to the landscape and emotion of the place itself. The result is a ring that reflects the resort’s lush gardens, Cape Cod’s soft coastal light, and the vibrant blues of Pleasant Bay.
At the center of the Centennial Ring is an 8mm checkerboard-cut London Blue Topaz, reminiscent of the Atlantic’s depth and calm. It's surrounded by a halo of sixteen lab-grown diamonds in a soft sea-glass green hue, a subtle nod to Wequassett’s beloved hydrangeas. Set in your choice of solid 14k yellow or white gold (or platinum), each piece is handcrafted in New York’s Diamond District and made to order in limited quantities.
“This design is personal for me,” says Alyson. “My family has deep ties to the Cape. It’s where I grew up summering, and now it’s where I bring my own children. Wequassett holds that same spirit of tradition and beauty, and I wanted the ring to feel like something you could wear forever—something that holds a memory and a sense of place.”
