Shipping policy

While some items are available and ready to ship within 24 hours of ordering, please note that most items need to be sized or custom-finished for you. When this is the case, we do provide this information in the listing for the item.  

Once your piece is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. All Cove Fine Jewelry orders are shipped fully insured for your peace of mind, and shipments valued at $2,000 or more require a signature upon delivery. This security measure ensures your piece arrives safely and cannot be waived.

Please note that if a package is returned to us due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the purchaser is responsible for any associated reshipping costs.
